Arriving at Heathrow Airport late at night, we were relieved to find a helpful black cab driver willing to take us to the hotel, as the shuttles had stopped. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, great to get a good night's sleep before our early morning flight. The location was convenient for catching our flight, and we were able to easily access airport terminals via the hotel shuttles during the day. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the lack of daily room cleaning and the occasional delay of the Hotel Hoppa bus, our overall stay was pleasant and good value for the area.
